AeroPartners board meeting approved entire transfer of shares to Rikei Corp(iHead office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Satoru Isaka) to become a consolidated subsidiary on Oct. 24, 2017.
AeroPartners will grow business scale of aircraft and parts sales, and MRO service to utilize not only expertise accumulated since establishment in 1992 but also synergy effect between Rikei.
